Fear

You gain strength, courage and confidence by every experience in which you really stop to look fear in the face. You are able to say to yourself, 'I have lived through this horror. I can take the next thing that comes along.' You must do the thing you think you cannot do.
-- Eleanor Roosevelt (1884 - 1962)

Fears. We all have them and they are unique to us. Fear can stop us from achieving our goals and dreams. We limit ourselves because of fear. It guides us to push away what we want and to attract what we don't want. Every small step we can take to overcome our fears gets us closer to achieving our goals and dreams. Eleanor Roosevelt got it right.

What are you afraid of?
