Here in central China, the aftershocks of the earthquakes continue. While I have not felt them myself here in Xi'an, the fear of them is very present. When there have been aftershocks felt here in Xi'an, many people sleep outside at night in the parks and parking lots. I have been through a few earthquakes and seeing this has surprised me. I myself have not felt any aftershocks here but I know they are real.
